Drawing Room Records orders ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of postal holidays. Orders will ship within 10 business days purchase.
Full payment will be accepted once the order has been reviewed and approved. For security purposes, orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require further verification. You will receive an order confirmation by email when the order is received and a shipping confirmation when your order is ready to ship. To track the progress of your order, follow the link provided with your shipping confirmation.
Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. You must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
Refusal by the recipient to pay any fees related to receiving an order from Drawing Room Records will be deemed authorization to charge the credit card used to place the original order in the amount of any fees deflected back to Drawing Room as a result of the refusal.

We accept returns ONLY on defective merchandise or if we mess up your order. All credits are payable in Drawing Room vouchers only. Be sure to get in touch before returning any items. Contact orders at email@example.com regarding all mail order returns. You must have our permission to return any merchandise for credit.
Before returning any item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org be issued a Return Authorization number. Please follow the instructions below.
